Quick summary

Rocketlane pricing in 2026: Standard is $49 and Premium is $69 per team member a month, both billed annually with a five-seat minimum, so the smallest contract is $2,940 a year. Enterprise is quoted. Customer members are free on every plan.

What costs extra: implementation is scoped and billed separately, AI Fills is a $29 per user a month add-on, and the Nitro AI agents are quoted. The pricing page shows no monthly billing.

What buyers actually pay: Vendr's purchase data puts the median Rocketlane buyer at $34,011 a year. The $19 Essential plan that older pages quote is gone.

Three questions before you price Rocketlane

  • How many people on your side run onboarding? Under five, you still pay for five, so the floor is $2,940 a year on Standard.
  • Do you staff and bill the projects? Resource planning, budgets, invoicing and the Salesforce integration all need Premium at $69.
  • Do you need a customer portal at all? If the plan only has to be visible to your own team in HubSpot, a lighter setup costs far less.

What Each Rocketlane Plan Includes

  • Standard: $49 per team member a month

Billed annually, minimum five team members. Unlimited projects and unlimited customer members, the customer portal with magic-link login, approvals and built-in CSAT, time tracking with timesheet approvals, sprint planning, and custom automations capped at 200 runs per user a month. Integrations: HubSpot, Zapier, Jira, Slack, Google and Outlook calendars, and the Rocketlane MCP server. Not included: Salesforce, resource management, project financials and the Nitro AI agents.

  • Premium: $69 per team member a month

Billed annually, minimum five team members, and sold through sales. Adds resource planning, auto-allocation, capacity and utilization tracking, time-off management, project budgets, rate cards, margins, revenue recognition, invoicing and expenses, plus profitability and portfolio reports. Automations rise to 500 runs per user a month. Salesforce and Workato integrations start here.

  • Enterprise: quoted

Adds unlimited automations, custom reports and unified dashboards, a skills matrix and soft allocations, multiple currencies and budgets, a revenue recognition ledger, Snowflake, role-based access controls, SAML and two-factor authentication for customers.

  • Add-ons: AI Fills and Nitro

AI Fills is $29 per user a month on top of your plan and turns Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Gong meetings into emails, documents and notes. Nitro Premium and Nitro Enterprise bundle Rocketlane's AI agents and are priced by sales.

What a Team Pays for Rocketlane

At list price, billed annually:

Team membersStandardPremiumStandard plus AI Fills for every member
1 to 5 (5-seat minimum)$2,940$4,140$4,680
10$5,880$8,280$9,360
20$11,760$16,560$18,720

Vendr's median is well above the list-price table because real contracts are larger and carry more than seats. Vendr does not break its figure down by plan, seat count or services, so treat it as a market signal, not a quote.

The Costs Outside the Plan Price

  • Implementation

Rocketlane's FAQ says implementation and onboarding packages are not part of any plan and are billed separately based on scope. Migrations from tools such as GUIDEcx, Kantata, Monday.com, Asana and Smartsheet are typically completed within 30 days, according to the same FAQ.

  • The five-seat floor

Standard and Premium both require at least five team members. A two-person onboarding team pays the same $2,940 a year on Standard as a five-person one.

  • Annual billing only

The pricing page lists annual prices and no monthly rate, so the whole year is committed up front.

  • Premium support

Email and chat support are included. A premium tier with a technical account manager and monthly ticket reviews is offered, with no published price.

Rocketlane's HubSpot Integration by Plan

HubSpot is included from Standard. Rocketlane's help center describes two parts:

  1. 1

Create a project from a HubSpot workflow

A HubSpot workflow, for example one that fires when a deal reaches Closed Won or Contract Sent, uses Rocketlane's Create Project action. The deal name becomes the project name, the close date becomes the end date, the deal owner becomes the project owner, and you pick a Rocketlane template.

  2. 2

    Sync mapped fields

You map HubSpot fields to Rocketlane project fields and set a direction for each. Most field types sync both ways; calculation, score and date-time fields sync one way, from HubSpot to Rocketlane.

Salesforce needs Premium. The help article covers workflows and field sync; it does not describe showing Rocketlane project detail as a card on HubSpot records.

Where Onboarding Projects Stop and Account Context Starts

Rocketlane is built for onboarding run as a staffed project: a customer portal, timesheets, resource plans and invoices. Plenty of client-services teams, agencies and founder-led companies are not there yet. Their onboarding plan, kickoff notes and pilot status live in a Notion database, and the problem is that the account manager opening the HubSpot deal cannot see any of it.

  1. 1

Keep each onboarding in a Notion database row

Add an Email column to match HubSpot contacts, or a Deal Name column to match deals. Status, owner, go-live date and notes stay as Notion properties. Our customer onboarding checklist is a free starting point.

  2. 2

Install NoteLinker from the HubSpot Marketplace

Connect Notion and choose which databases to show. Setup takes a couple of minutes.

  3. 3

    Open the contact or deal

Matching Notion rows show live on the record, so sales and account managers see onboarding status without a second login.

NoteLinker does not replace Rocketlane. It has no customer portal, time tracking, resource planning or project templates, and it shows rows on contact and deal records, not company records. It costs $19 a month for the whole HubSpot account with no per-seat fee. See how the Notion HubSpot integration options compare, customer success tools, account planning software, or pricing.
