Terms of Service

Last updated: January 5, 2026

Welcome to NoteLinker. By using our synchronization services, website, and integrations, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. NoteLinker is a service that facilitates data transfer between third-party platforms (Notion and HubSpot).

1. The Service

NoteLinker provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows users to synchronize notes and data from Notion databases to HubSpot CRM records. We do not guarantee that the service will be compatible with all versions of third-party APIs.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

NoteLinker is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis. Refunds: We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for new subscriptions. Refund requests made after 14 days of the initial purchase are subject to our discretion.

3. Third-Party Platforms

Our service relies entirely on the availability of Notion and HubSpot APIs. NoteLinker is not responsible for any service disruptions, data loss, or functional changes caused by these third-party providers. You must maintain active accounts on both platforms to use NoteLinker.

4. User Content & Data

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create in Notion and sync to HubSpot. By using NoteLinker, you grant us the necessary permissions to access, process, and transmit this data solely for the purpose of providing the synchronization service.

5. Limitation of Liability

NoteLinker’s total liability for any claim arising from the use of our service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or damages resulting from CRM data errors.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to NoteLinker for violations of these terms, non-payment, or actions that threaten the security and stability of our infrastructure.
