Welcome to NoteLinker. By using our website and syncing services, you agree to these terms. NoteLinker is a tool that helps move data between third-party platforms (Notion and HubSpot). Please read these terms carefully before using the service.

1. The Service

NoteLinker provides a platform to synchronize notes from Notion to HubSpot. We try our best to keep the service running 24/7, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Our service depends on the APIs of Notion and HubSpot. If their services are down or their rules change, it may affect how NoteLinker works.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

Some parts of the service require a paid subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). Refunds: We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with the service, contact us within 30 days of your first purchase for a full refund.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the data you sync. You must ensure you have the right to move the information you are sending from Notion to HubSpot. You are also responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. NoteLinker is not responsible for any unauthorized access to your third-party accounts.

4. User Data

You own all your notes and content. By using NoteLinker, you give us permission to access and move that data only for the purpose of providing the sync service. We do not use your data for any other reason.

5. Limitation of Liability

NoteLinker is provided "as is." We are not responsible for any indirect damages, lost profits, or data errors that happen in your CRM. If something goes wrong, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

6. Termination

We may suspend or stop your access to NoteLinker if you break these rules, fail to pay your subscription, or use the service in a way that could harm our systems or other users.
