Quick summary
Granola AI pricing in 2026: Basic is free, Business is $14 per user a month, and Enterprise is $35 per user a month. Basic and Business are billed monthly only; there is no yearly discount below Enterprise.
What the free plan leaves out: Basic has unlimited meetings but shows only the last 30 days of notes, and connects to Slack only. Unlimited history and the HubSpot, Notion and Zapier integrations start on Business.
What a team pays: every active member is a paid seat, admins included. Five people on Business cost $70 a month ($840 a year); Salesforce, SSO and SCIM need Enterprise.
Granola AI Pricing by Plan
| Plan | Price per user | Billing | Meeting history | Integrations |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | $0 | Free | Last 30 days in the app | Slack |
| Business | $14/mo | Monthly only | Unlimited | Slack, HubSpot, Notion, Attio, Affinity, Zapier, plus API and MCP |
| Enterprise | $35/mo | Monthly or annual contract | Unlimited | Everything in Business, plus Salesforce |
Prices are from Granola's pricing page and billing help center as of November 2026. The pricing page lists Enterprise at $35; the billing help center says "from $35."
Three questions that pick the plan
- Do you need notes older than a month? Basic hides anything past 30 days, so regular use needs Business.
- Should notes reach HubSpot or Notion? Both integrations start on Business, and HubSpot also needs a Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account.
- Do you sell into Salesforce or need SSO? Those are Enterprise, and SSO is for workspaces with 50 or more users.
| Products | Granola Basic | Granola Business | Granola Enterprise | NoteLinker |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Price | $0 | $14/user/mo | $35/user/mo | $19/mo, whole HubSpot account |

| Meeting History | Last 30 days in the app | Unlimited | Unlimited, with retention policies | Reads live from Notion |

| Best For | Trying bot-free notes | Teams logging calls to HubSpot or Notion | SSO, SCIM and compliance needs | Notion account plans beside the call notes |

What Each Granola Plan Includes
Basic: free, with a 30-day window
$0. AI meeting notes, customized templates, shared folders, voice typing, multi-language support, and AI chat across your meetings with the model set to Auto. There is no cap on meetings; the limit is history. The app shows only the last 30 days of notes. Older notes are stored, not deleted, and return when you upgrade, and you can export titles and summaries for your full history as a CSV from Settings. Slack is the only integration, and there is no API.
Business: $14 a user a month
Everything in Basic, plus unlimited meeting notes and history, AI chat where you pick the model, pre-meeting briefs, follow-up emails, a workspace-wide dictionary, API access and MCP. Integrations with HubSpot, Notion, Attio, Affinity and Zapier unlock here. Admins get centralized billing and can add and remove members and control who joins the workspace.
Enterprise: $35 a user a month
Everything in Business, plus SSO (for workspaces with 50 or more users), SCIM group provisioning, HIPAA-compliant workspaces, an Audit API, MDM and Intune app wrapping for iOS, workspace usage analytics, workspace-wide retention and auto-deletion policies, and admin control over MCP, API and integrations. Salesforce is an Enterprise integration. This is the only plan that can be billed annually; contact Granola's sales team for a contract.
How Granola Bills Seats
Granola bills per workspace, not per person, and its help center sets out the rules:
| Rule | What Granola says |
|---|---|
| Who pays | Every active member is a paid seat, including admins |
| Plan mix | Everyone in a workspace shares the same plan; mixed tiers are not supported |
| Invitations | Pending invitations are not billed; people are billed once they join, including through domain auto-join |
| Changes | Adding or removing members adjusts the seat count with proration |
| Downgrades and cancellations | The plan runs to the end of the billing period, then the workspace moves to Basic |
| Trials | Business and Enterprise trials keep full access until the end date, with an email before it ends |
Granola does not publish a trial length on its pricing page. When a trial ends, you either subscribe from Settings, Billing or the workspace drops to Basic.
What a Team Pays for Granola
Because Business is monthly only, the yearly cost is simply twelve months of seats:
| Users | Business, per month | Business, per year | Enterprise, per year |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | $14 | $168 | $420 |
| 5 | $70 | $840 | $2,100 |
| 10 | $140 | $1,680 | $4,200 |
| 25 | $350 | $4,200 | $10,500 |
| 50 | $700 | $8,400 | $21,000 |
Enterprise figures use the $35 list price; contracts can differ. Two discounts can change the Business number: accepted startups and students get 12 months of Business free, and registered nonprofits can apply for 50 percent off.
Granola's HubSpot Integration by Plan
Basic has no CRM integration. On Business and Enterprise, here is how Granola's help center describes the HubSpot connection:
| Detail | What Granola says |
|---|---|
| Plans | Business and Enterprise |
| Account requirement | A Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account; not personal Gmail or Outlook.com |
| Matching | Meeting attendees are matched to HubSpot records by email address |
| Records | Contacts, companies and deals |
| What it creates | A HubSpot Meeting by default, or a Note if you change the setting |
| How notes get there | The HubSpot button on a note, or folder auto-sync for new notes added to a folder |
| Limits | No data is created if no records match; folder sync is not retroactive; private notes cannot be shared |
Granola does not create HubSpot contacts. If the people on the call are not already in HubSpot, nothing is logged until you add them.
Granola Pricing vs Other AI Notetakers
Granola has no yearly billing on Business, so compare both columns:
| Tool and plan | Billed monthly | Billed yearly | Logs calls to HubSpot |
|---|---|---|---|
| Granola Business | $14/user | Not offered | Yes |
| Fireflies Pro | $18/seat | $10/seat | Yes |
| Fathom Business | $34/user | $25/user | Yes; the free plan covers 3 users |
| Notion AI (Business plan) | $24/member | $20/member | No; notes stay in Notion |
| Avoma Startup | $29/seat | $19/seat | Yes |
On monthly billing Granola is the cheapest of these with HubSpot logging. On yearly billing Fireflies Pro is cheaper, and Fathom's free plan covers HubSpot for up to three users. Granola's case is recording without a bot in the meeting, which it shares with Notion AI Meeting Notes, rather than price alone. Granola notes in HubSpot, account plans in Notion?
NoteLinker shows your Notion account plans, deal notes and meeting databases live on HubSpot contact and deal records. $19 a month for the whole HubSpot account.
Where Call Notes Stop and Account Context Starts
Granola Business gets each meeting onto the HubSpot record. What it does not capture is the work around the meeting: the account plan, the stakeholder map, the mutual action plan, the deal notes a founder keeps in Notion. Granola's Notion export also sends one note at a time to a Notion database Granola creates, and it does not push notes to Notion automatically.
- 1
Keep account plans and deal notes in a Notion database
Add an Email column to match HubSpot contacts, or a Deal Name column to match deals. Granola's own Notion database lets you add columns too.
- 2
Install NoteLinker from the HubSpot Marketplace
Connect Notion and pick the databases to show. Setup takes a couple of minutes.
- 3
Open the contact or deal
Matching Notion rows show live on the record, next to the meeting Granola logged.
NoteLinker is not a notetaker: it does not record, transcribe or summarize calls, and it does not log activities. It shows Notion database rows on HubSpot contact and deal records (not companies) for $19 a month for the whole account, with no per-user fee. See how the Notion HubSpot integration options compare, account planning software, or pricing.
