Log into Dashboard
Get started by logging into the dashboard — this is where you authenticate the services NoteLinker needs to sync. Start here.

Authenticate Services
Connect your HubSpot and Notion accounts using the authorization buttons in the Connect Services tab of your dashboard.

Prepare Your Notion Database (Example Image)
NoteLinker reads specific Notion properties to handle the sync. Make sure your database includes these fields:

Sync a Note
Fill in the Client Email and Notes fields in your Notion database, then check Sync to HubSpot. The note will appear on that contact's HubSpot timeline automatically.
