How setup works
Click the button above, then Install, and approve access when HubSpot asks. It takes you straight to a short setup page. No API keys, no developer needed.
On that setup page, click Connect Notion and choose the databases NoteLinker can read. It finds every database you share with it automatically.
Add an Email property to match HubSpot contacts, a Deal Name property to match deals, or both. You only need one to start. That is the whole setup on the Notion side.

Cards are off by default. Open Settings → Integrations → Connected Apps → NoteLinker, turn the card on, then add it to your contact and deal views with the Customize button.
About 30 seconds, and you only do it once.
Every matching Notion row shows up right on the NoteLinker card. To hide a specific one, tick a Hide from HubSpot checkbox on that row in Notion, or switch off Show on the card.
