How much does Notion AI cost?

Full Notion AI comes with the Business plan, which costs $20 per member a month billed yearly or $24 billed monthly. Enterprise also includes it and is priced by Notion's sales team. Free and Plus include only a limited trial of Notion AI, and there is no separate AI add-on on Notion's pricing page.

Can you buy Notion AI without the Business plan?

Not as a new customer. Notion's pricing page lists no AI add-on: Free and Plus get a limited trial, and full Notion AI is part of Business and Enterprise. Older guides quote an add-on of about $8 to $10 a member; that is no longer how Notion sells AI.

Everyone can try it. Free and Plus workspaces get a limited trial of Notion AI, and Notion does not publish the exact amount. Once the trial is used up, Notion asks the workspace owner to upgrade to Business or Enterprise to keep using AI features.

What are Notion AI credits?

Credits measure AI use on Business and Enterprise. Each member gets 1,500 Standard credits a month for AI where Notion picks the model, such as Notion Agent on Auto, and 500 Select credits a month for choosing a model yourself and for personal Custom Agents. Both reset monthly, do not roll over and cannot be pooled. New Business and Enterprise workspaces started on credits on October 19, 2026; existing workspaces switch on November 2, 2026.

How much do extra Notion credits cost?

Notion credits, the workspace balance admins buy for usage beyond the included credits and for Custom Agents, cost $10 per 1,000 credits a month. Notion's pricing data also lists an annual pack at $13 per 1,000. Notion credits are only available on Business and Enterprise, and they are off until an admin turns them on.

Does Notion AI Meeting Notes cost extra?

No separate fee: AI Meeting Notes is included with Business and Enterprise. From December 1, 2026 it draws on each member's monthly Standard credits, which Notion estimates at about 10 credits for a one-hour meeting. Notion also sets a daily limit of 10 hours of meeting notes per user.

Is Notion AI priced per user?

Yes. Notion charges per member, so the Business price applies to every member of the workspace, not only the people who use AI. Five members on Business cost $1,200 a year billed yearly, or $1,440 billed monthly.

Can Notion AI meeting notes show up in HubSpot?

Not on their own. Notion's help center describes saving meeting notes to a Notion page or meetings database, with no CRM logging. If you add an Email or Deal Name column to that database, NoteLinker shows each matching meeting row live on the HubSpot contact or deal.

How Notion AI Credits Work

Since October 2026, Notion measures AI use on Business and Enterprise in credits. New workspaces started on the system on October 19, 2026, and existing workspaces switch on November 2, 2026. There are three kinds:

Standard and Select credits belong to each member: they reset at the start of the billing cycle, do not roll over, and cannot be pooled or moved to a teammate. Notion estimates a simple AI task at about 5 credits, a medium one at about 10 and a complex one at about 25, so 1,500 Standard credits cover roughly 300 simple or 60 complex tasks a month. Everyday connected apps and the Notion API do not use credits, but running an agent through them does.

Notion's pricing data also lists an annual credit pack at $13 per 1,000. Notion's own examples of Custom Agents run about 45 to 90 times per 1,000 credits, and owners get a notice at 80 and 100 percent of the balance.

If the included credits cover your team's use, the seat price is the whole bill. The cost grows only when members run out of credits and an admin turns on Notion credits, or the workspace runs Custom Agents on them.

At about 10 credits an hour, 1,500 Standard credits would cover roughly 150 hours of meetings if nothing else used them, but meetings share that balance with every other Auto use of Notion Agent. Notion recommends getting consent from everyone on the call before you start transcribing.
