Outfunnel is one of the easier sync tools to budget for, because it publishes its prices. The catch is the unit. Outfunnel does not charge per seat, per task, or per record synced once. It charges per active contact, and the definition of active is broad enough that for a sync, it means every contact you are syncing, every month.
That makes the $29 on the front of the pricing page the price of a 100 contact list. If you came here to connect a Notion database to HubSpot, your number is almost certainly higher, and this page works out how much higher.

How Much Does Outfunnel Cost?
Outfunnel sells three plans, each priced on a slider of active contacts:
| Plan | Starts at | Active contacts | Top of published range |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | $29/mo | 100 to 3,000 | $99/mo at 3,000 |
| Professional | $99/mo | 1,000 to 15,000 | $249/mo at 15,000 |
| Scale | $299/mo | 15,000+ | Custom onboarding |
All three carry a 14-day free trial. After the trial you subscribe through a self-service checkout with a credit card, and an annual commitment takes 16 percent off the list price. There are no per-seat fees on any plan; you can invite the whole team without moving the bill.
Outfunnel's Plans: Basic, Professional, and Scale
The three plans differ in what they sync as much as in how many contacts they cover.
Basic
Contact sync and form sync, with chat and email support. It does not include lead scoring or web tracking. The published tiers are 100 contacts at $29, 500 at $59, 1,000 at $79, 2,000 at $89, and 3,000 at $99 per month.
Professional
Everything in Basic plus lead scoring, web tracking, advanced data sync, ecommerce events, and deal and product field sync, with call support added. It starts at $99 per month for 1,000 active contacts and reaches $249 per month at 15,000.
Scale
Professional plus custom connectors and custom onboarding, for teams past 15,000 contacts. It starts at $299 per month.
The tier map has one quirk worth knowing before you choose. Basic at 3,000 contacts costs $99 per month. Professional at 1,000 contacts also costs $99 per month. So if you are on the top Basic tier and you want lead scoring or deal field sync, moving to Professional costs nothing extra as long as your active count stays at or under 1,000. Above that, Professional is a real step up for the same number of contacts.
What Counts as an Active Contact
This definition decides your bill, so it is worth reading exactly. Outfunnel counts a contact as active for a billing period if any one of the following is true during that period:
- 1
The contact is part of a contact sync
If a contact is in a sync you have running, it is active. For anyone buying Outfunnel as a sync tool, this condition alone covers your whole list.
- 2
An engagement has been recorded for the contact
Any engagement Outfunnel logs against the contact, such as email activity synced in from a connected marketing tool.
- 3
The contact has visited your website
Picked up by Outfunnel's web tracking, which is a Professional feature.
- 4
The contact has a lead score
Lead scoring is also a Professional feature, and a scored contact counts whether or not it did anything this month.
The word that matters is "any". A contact does not need to have done anything recently to be billable. If it sits in a sync, it counts.
The practical consequence is that the count is shared across everything you run in Outfunnel. A HubSpot to Mailchimp sync and a HubSpot to Notion sync are not priced separately. Their contacts pool into one active total, and that total picks your tier.
Outfunnel Pricing for a Notion and HubSpot Sync
Here is the case most people searching for this have in mind: a Notion database of contacts, usually clients or prospects with notes against them, connected to HubSpot.
Outfunnel's HubSpot and Notion page describes a two-way contact sync. You choose all HubSpot contacts, or a HubSpot segment, and those contacts flow into a Notion database with their labels and custom properties. In the other direction, new entries in the Notion database are created in HubSpot as new contacts, and HubSpot contacts update when their Notion data changes. Outfunnel does not state which plan carries the Notion connector. It is a contact sync, and contact sync is on every plan from Basic up, so Basic is the likely floor.
Your tier is then the size of that synced set:
| Contacts in the synced Notion database or segment | Outfunnel Basic, monthly | Billed annually (16% off) | NoteLinker |
|---|---|---|---|
| 100 | $29 | about $24.36 | $19 |
| 400 | $59 | about $49.56 | $19 |
| 800 | $79 | about $66.36 | $19 |
| 1,800 | $89 | about $74.76 | $19 |
| 2,500 | $99 | about $83.16 | $19 |
The annual figures are the list price less 16 percent; confirm the exact amount at checkout. The tiers are thresholds, so 800 contacts bills at the 1,000 contact price, and 2,500 at the 3,000 price. Past 3,000 contacts, Basic runs out and you are on Professional.
Before you start the trial, work out
- How many contacts are in the HubSpot segment or Notion database you would actually sync, not how many are in your whole CRM.
- Whether you already run other Outfunnel connections, because their contacts add to the same active total.
- Whether you need deal or product fields, which are Professional features, or only contact properties.
- Whether the thing you want in HubSpot is a set of contact fields or the content of the Notion page, because the integration page describes the former and not the latter.
That last check saves the most money, and it is the one people skip.
If what you need is the Notion note, not the contact fields
NoteLinker shows your Notion rows on HubSpot contact and deal records for a flat $19 per month, with no contact tiers and nothing to count.
Why Directory Prices for Outfunnel Disagree
Outfunnel publishes its own numbers, so you should never need a directory to estimate its price. They are still worth knowing about, because several of them describe a lineup Outfunnel no longer sells.
Outfunnel's own pricing page
- Basic from $29, 100 to 3,000 contacts
- Professional from $99, 1,000 to 15,000 contacts
- Scale from $299, 15,000+ contacts
What some directories still list
- Basic at $29 with 500 to 5,000 contacts
- Professional at $119 with 2,000 to 10,000 contacts
- Scale as contact vendor for pricing
Capterra and Software Advice carry the right-hand column. The shape is plausible for an earlier version of the price sheet: a $119 Professional tier with different contact bands. Against the vendor's current figures it overstates the Professional entry price by $20 and understates how far Basic stretches before it runs out. Independent reviews such as ColdIQ and ZoomInfo's match the current $29, $99, and $299 entry points.
What Outfunnel's Pricing Model Cannot Price
Outfunnel charges per contact because it syncs contacts. A person, their email, their labels, their properties, matched across two tools and kept aligned. For marketing and CRM data, that is a coherent unit, and a fair one.
A Notion database row is two things, though. It has properties, the email and the company and the stage, and it has a page body: the call write-up, the bullet list of requirements, the objection someone bolded so the next rep would see it. A contact sync carries the first half. The second half is not a contact property, and nothing on Outfunnel's Notion page says it leaves Notion.
Per-contact pricing works when the thing you are moving is a contact. A sales note is not a contact, so counting contacts never tells you what the note is worth.
That is the job NoteLinker does, and it is why its pricing looks nothing like Outfunnel's. NoteLinker is a HubSpot card that shows matching Notion rows directly on the contact and deal records, live from Notion, with their content and formatting intact. It matches on the email or deal name you already have, so there is no field mapping, and it charges a flat $19 per month, or $16 per month billed yearly, whatever the size of your database.
To be fair to Outfunnel, the reverse is also true. NoteLinker does not create HubSpot contacts from Notion rows, and it does not sync engagements, run lead scoring, or connect your email marketing tool. If those are the jobs, Outfunnel is built for them and NoteLinker is not.
Outfunnel Alternatives for Notion and HubSpot
If you are pricing Outfunnel, you are probably pricing its neighbours too. Each bills on a different unit, which is the main thing to compare.
Published prices, no per-seat fees, and engagement sync and lead scoring on Professional. Budget on the full size of every synced list, because each contact in a sync counts every month.
Priced on records in sync, counted once rather than per period. HubSpot needs the Plus tier, from $80 per month for 5,000 records. See the full Whalesync pricing breakdown.
Priced on items in sync, counted on both sides of a flow, and the price is only shown in-app during the trial. See the Unito pricing reconstruction.
Flat $19 per month with no contact tiers, no field mapping, and Notion content shown on the record. Two-minute setup from the HubSpot Marketplace and a 14-day trial with no credit card.
For the head-to-heads against the other sync tools, see NoteLinker vs Whalesync and NoteLinker vs Unito. If you are weighing general automation platforms instead, the best Zapier alternatives for Notion and HubSpot covers Make, n8n, and the rest of the field. Is Outfunnel Worth the Price?
For the job it is designed for, often yes. Outfunnel publishes real numbers, does not charge per seat, and its entry tier is cheap for a small list. Teams that need engagement data from their email tool flowing into HubSpot, with lead scoring on top, get a lot for $99 per month.
The price stops making sense when the job is narrower than the unit. A Notion to HubSpot sync bills on every contact in it, every month, so a database of 800 clients costs $79 per month on Basic even if only a handful of notes change. If the reason you are connecting Notion to HubSpot is so reps can read the notes on the record, you are paying contact pricing for a job that has no contacts in it.
Skip the contact count entirely
NoteLinker connects Notion and HubSpot in two minutes, shows your Notion notes on the records your team already opens, and costs a flat $19 per month.
